Delivery Information

Delivery Is dependant on the location you order from and also if it was a purchase or it was a hire. Delivery costs are kept to a mimimum but must be charged in order to keep the cost of hire competitive.

Large Items are sent via our outsources provider if not possible to be sent direct from the Manufacture.

We aim to deliver all goods within 5 working days of receiving payment.

Collection is free for both sales and hire.

DELIVERY ON SALES:
For sale – Greater Dublin area – free; Outside of this area €50.

HIRE DELIVERYS!
For hire – Greater Dublin area €20 each way. Outside of this area €50 each way.

Returns Information
All returns are accepted within the first 7 days of receiving your goods, and a full refund will be given with 7 days of us receiving the goods back. Cost of return post is down to the customer unless the item is damaged and signed for as damaged upon receipt. Towers and hire equipment will be charged the full 7 day weekly rate if off hired or cancelled with in the first 7 days. only the delivery charge will be applied if the equipment is cancelled on the day of delivery as this will already have been loaded on to the vehicle.

Goods must be returned in the condition the were received to get a full refund.

Customers requiring a refund should contact us on sales@alloyaccess.ie within 7 days of receiving there goods.
